Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge.

Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed on demand and made custom to order.
Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer.
In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our EONRIFT Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.
Order never arrived: If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hi@eonrift.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done to help.
