Our processing time before an order ships out is 3-5 days, excluding weekends.
How to track my order status?
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
What should I do if my order never arrived?
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, please check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hi@eonrift.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done to help.
Can I customize the designs?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer custom design services. However, we continuously release new and diverse designs, so you're sure to find something that suits your taste.
